Pea salad and potato salad 70 people

05/24/16 		Hello, I will be making pea and potato salad for graduation. About 70 people. How many cans of peas and how many pounds of potatoes will I need?

05/24/16 		Is this all in one salad? If it is 2 separate, I would do 1 1/2 gallons pea salad (about 2 #10 cans peas) and 3 gallons potato salad (about 25-30 pounds of potatoes). If it is all mixed, about 4 gallons total. If it is mixed, make a family size recipe, measure it, and then multiply.
