I am having a graduation party for about 175 people. My menu is;
Fried chicken -300 pieces

BBQ meatballs - 30 pounds

Cheesy hash brown potatoes ( in 2 electric roasters, your recipe using 10 pounds of hash browns per roaster) so 20 pounds of hash browns.

Baked beans - not sure how much to make

Pasta salad- 3 lbs of noodles + veggies , cheese and
Pepperoni

Cole slaw-

Fresh fruit

Veggies and dip

Buns -250

Jello salad- 2 kinds, a double batch each

Cupcakes and bars

The party runs from 1pm-4pm and I want to make sure I have enough. So with this menu how much of each item do I need?

Looks like you are over on meats and short on sides. This is what I would do:

BBQ meatballs - 30 pounds, for appetizer type serving, 20 is plenty; if it is the only meat, at least 45

Cheesy hash brown potatoes ( in 2 electric roasters, your recipe using 10 pounds of hash browns per roaster) so 20 pounds of hash browns.
This will serve about 100

Baked beans - not sure how much to make, 6 #10 cans- 4 1/2 gallons for 150, at least some meatless

Pasta salad- 3 lbs of noodles + veggies , cheese and
Pepperoni- I do 6 pounds dry pasta per 100. Make at least one bowl meatless, there will be some vegetarians

Cole slaw- 4 gallons for 150, takes about 10 pounds cabbage plus add ins to make a gallon, many tips on the slaw page for better, crisper slaw

Fresh fruit- use fruit tray page, 6 bites per person

Veggies and dip- use veggie tray page

Buns -250

Jello salad- 2 kinds, a double batch each.

It takes at least 18 packages for 150 people to make a jello salad with add ins

Cupcakes and bars, 1 each cupcakes plus at least 2 small bars or cookies

See beverage page for punch, lemonade, tea, soda amounts
