Our organization is going to have a Barbeque and sell plates....Menue is: Brisket, smoked sausage, potatoe salad, cole slaw, Texas toast, Tea/coffee and dessert (probably cake). How much should I prepare of each dish for 300 plates?

I forgot about the beans....pinto beans will be part of the menue as well.....How much of each item should I prepare for 300 plates?

The food cost should be 1/3 the selling cost. The amounts are already listed in the quantities for 100 page and the BBQ/ brisket page. When you read them prepare an estimate and I will be glad to review it for you.
