I need to know how many pounds of ice to get for 250 wedding guests. indoor buffet style dinner. ice tea and water also, if i'm doing a roll and a biscuits as bread choices- do I make 250 of each bread? or how much would you make? |

Depends on the length of the party, I generally figure 1/2 pound ice per person. For the bread , one of each if they are good size, 2 if small. |
