I need a bbq pulled pork using pork loin in a nesco. I cooking for 70+ people and want to use the large roast I bought on sale. I know tenderness and dryness is an issue with pork loin. Any good receipe's please? |

To make pulled pork sandwiched for 70 people, you need at least 14 pounds of boneless meat. How big is your roast? |
