Fruit tray for 25 x 3
veggie tray 25 x 3
crackers 5 lbs.
cheese 5 lbs.

dinner:
mixed salad and dressing (not sure how much)
brisket 25 lbs raw
turkey breast 25 lbs raw
ham 25 lbs raw
green beans 2 # 10 cans
corn 2 #10 cans
potato salad 3 gallons
pasta salad (not sure how much)

cake and peach cobbler for dessert

tea sweet and unsweetened (not sure how much)
punch (not sure how much)
water (not sure how much)
