Hello Ellen,
Please check my quantities. The wedding will be at 2 pm. Lasting around 4 hours. No alcohol will be served. Very few children, maybe 15 out of the 80. This is my 3rd try at this menu. Please ignore the other 2, I posted. lol Thanks!

Appetizers: (nibble table, before bridal party arrives)
Vegetable Tray with ranch dips (using your table amounts) x 3
Fruit and cheese tray x 3
Spinach dips with crackers 56 oz dip/40 oz crackers
Tortilla roll ups with salsa 240 pieces / salsa 3 cups
Chips and salsa 6 lbs. chips / salsa 3 cups
Potato chips 4 lbs.
Pretzels 40 oz

Entrées:
Pulled pork sliders with BBQ sauce 20 lbs raw
Chicken salad on croissants 20lbs raw
Baked Beans 3 gallons
Potato Salad 3 gallons
Macaroni salad 3 gallons
Cole slaw 3 gallons
Rolls 240

Beverages:
Sherbet and ginger ale punch 144 oz/ 9- 2 liters
Sweet Tea /Sugar Free Tea 4 gallons / 2 gallons
Water with lemon slices
Ice 6 bags

Dessert:
bride and groom cakes

1 pound ready to serve makes 12 sliders, will serve 4-5

Rolls 240- 120 OK with all the breads on the sandwiches you will have a lot left

You will have plenty- some of everything prob left.
