How much raw pork tenderloin do I need for 140 people, I think about 65 lbs. How many pounds of potatoes and carrots do I need. How many bags of frozen peas. If doing dressing as a side, how much should I prepare. How many quarts of strawberries do I need for 140 strawberry shortcakes. Thank you |

65 lbs pork tenderloin- .
