When looking at these recipes for 100 and doubling for 200. should you double everything as there is going to be multiple choices for food? And not everyone is going to like everything? |

It depends if this is the only food of this type, you double. if there is a selection of meats, starches etc, it is a calculation. For exaple if it is beef and another meat, you plan 2 pounds boneless beef per 5 plus 1 pound second meat per 4-5. |
