Hi Ellen, I am having a baby shower Brunch for 50. The shower is being held from 10 am to 1 pm. I am stumped on quantity.. The menu is as follows: Mini 2 " Quiche , Mini Bagels and small croissants, 2 different Jams, butter and cream cheese for the Bagel and Croissants. Mini 2" Cinnamon Rolls. Mini Danish, A yogurt Bar with Granola, Fresh blueberries and Strawberries to put on top. A Fruit Salad, Regular and Decaf Coffee, Raspberry Lemonade and water. There will also be cupcakes instead of a traditional cake....Thank You so much for any help you can give me..... |

We will also be having mimosas....And the cupcakes will be regular size in 3 flavors..Chocolate/Raspberry, Cinnamon french toast with Maple Buttercream,, and a Lemon variety. |

I totally forgot ,,, We are having Chicken Salad and Egg Salad for the bagels and Croissants as well.....Thank You |

I really am an organized person... With a notebook that has all of my Shower planning info in it... But I keep neglecting to include things that I feel are relevant to my event,,, The hours of the shower are 11am to 2pm,, not 10am to 1pm,,,, Sorry for that...
