My original recipe is for a 9x13 baked at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Rather than make 10 of these, I would like to cook them in 4 hotel pans. Do you have an idea of how long I should bake them for? Also, would the strata bake more evenly if I did cook them in the original 9x13 pan the recipe called for. Thank you for your help! |

Works, drop heat 25 degrees and use a thermometer to make sure they reach 180 in the center, may take 50% longer. Less extra time if hey are not cold going into the oven, or the milk was warm when mixed.
