How many pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast should I cook if I am making 750 croissant chicken salad sandwiches. Thank you |

Assuming full size, 1/3 cup per croissant, 250 cups or 15 gallons. Most recipes, 1/2 is chicken, the rest add-ins or dressing, so 7 1/2 gallons meat. 1 pound boneless makes 2 cups meat, 8 pounds per gallon= 60 pounds boneless meat.
