Hi Ellen, I am helping a friend with parent's 60th Anniversary drop in and was wondering if this will be enough for 100 guests. It will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on a Sunday. Chicken Puffs - 30lbs of chicken, 4 puffs per person. Shredded BBQ pork to be served with sliders - 30lbs pork & 100 slider rolls. Warm bacon ranch dip - 3 5 quart chargers & 10lbs chips. Cheese Balls - 3 5lb cheese balls and 12lb crackers. Lime sherbet punch - 10 gallons. We are also serving ice water. We are having fruit and veggie trays with this menu. Thank you so much for your help! |

You may be over. People will be between lunch and dinner, and you seem to have more than enough for a full meal. Lets save you some money!
Chicken Puffs - 30lbs of chicken, 4 puffs per person.
Shredded BBQ pork to be served with sliders - 30lbs pork & 100 slider rolls. Warm bacon ranch dip - 3 5 quart chargers & 10lbs chips. I only do 1 pin per pound or 5 quarts for 10 pounds chips Cheese Balls - 3 5lb cheese balls and 12lb crackers. 12 pounds cheese enough, do have some cheese and some crackers without nuts or seeds in the mix for older teeth and stomachs Lime sherbet punch - 10 gallons. OK, but do provide an interesting unsweetened tea or sugar free soda for the folks who can't have this. Many of the guest this age will have diabetes or another reason to watch sugar. fruit and veggie trays Plan for about 75 poeple's worth of each. 1 1/2 the classic relish tray on the veggie tray page would be plenty Suggest you have some coffee and decaf for the cake- people really like this- do the reception level coffee from the beverage planning page. |
