I am looking to cook beef stew only meat and sauce no potatoes with rice and beans for 900 people and am trying to serve a portion size of 4 or 6 oz how many pounds of meat and how many gallons of sauce do I need to make to feed 900 people |

1 pound raw meat per 3 to get a 3 1/2 to 4 ounce cooked portion. Between 3-4 quarts fairly thin sauce per 10 pounds for a light saucing. |
