I'm having 25 people for a birthday dinner.This is the menu I've chosen:Mini catfish sliders for appetizer( 1-2 p/person) Lunch:Shrimp & Grits,sautéed mirlton, tomato&cucumber salad,garlic bread and ice tea. How many lbs of catfish? How many lbs of shrimp? |

That's a creole birthday, all right. 1 pound catfish will make about 10 sliders 1 pound shrimp per 4 6 pounds mirliton 2-3 quarts tomato salad 4 pounds bread Laissez le bon temps roullez! |
