having 40-50 mostly teens. serving chicken marsala, bowtie noodles, baked ziti with meatballs green salad, smile fries (birthday girls favorite) and possibly hotdogs. how much should I make? (dessert is cake, cupcakes and cookies) |

Maureen, this menu could use some tweaks- I would not do marsala for teens. What about the ziti, and maybe sausage and peppers instead of hot dogs, and skip the chicken? Write back. |
