20 pounds of cooked pulled pork with sauces with rolls for sandwiches
120 large chicken tenders
100 small chicken wings

120 large chicken tenders, serves about 40
100 small chicken wings, serves about 20

I would have servers serve the first roud of meats, or switch to60 chicken thighs instead of wings.
