I am BBQ 6 Bourbon Marinated Tenderloins for a party. I need to do these ahead of time. How would you recommend I keep them warm for a few hours or what would you do? |

This cook and hold is a waste of tenderloin. You can hold it in an oven set at about 120 degrees, if your oven has this low of a setting. Hold or tent it whole, DO NOT CUT! You can also hold it at room temp up to 1 hour. www.onlinecookingschool.com/courses/foolproof-beef-tenderloin |
