I looking to make green beans with onion and bacon for 500 people for a Christmas dinner. I can't seem to find a recipe or quantity chart for this side. |

You will probably be using canned green beans? 3 gallons= 4 #10 cans= 24 pounds ready to cook fresh for each 100
6 pounds bacon ends and pieces per 100 |

I was planning on using frozen beans. Does that change anything. |

Just go by weight and be sure you have both enough pots and enough cooking time. 20 pounds is much slower than 1 pound- |
