Short rib sliders

10/26/16 		I need to make about 200 sliders for a church event. I plan to use braised BONELESS short ribs available from Costco. Any suggestions about the quantity of raw meat for this??

10/27/16 		A pound of raw boneless makes about 10, because of shrinkage. If you cook at 225 you get less shrinkage- just allow the approximately double time.
