Fruit and cheese tray 3 X your amount
Barbecue smokies (48 oz) 6 packs from sams club
Turkey/Ham cheese sandwiches 10 loaves of bread, 5 pds each meat and 7 pds cheese
Chips and salsa 3pds and 46 oz
Pretzels 40 oz
Entrées’:
Chicken (25pds) and Sausage(15pds) Gumbo 8gallon roux/10pds rice
potato salad 3 gallon
Beverages:
Sherbet and ginger ale punch 2 punch bowls
Sweet Tea /Sugar Free Tea 4 gallon/3 gallon
Water with lemon slices
Ice 6 bags
Desserts:
Mini pies – 100 count

Assuming that is 3 times the 25 person trays. OK

Barbecue smokies (48 oz) 6 packs from sams club- thats a lot, 4 is plenty, about 1 quart sauce per package

Turkey/Ham cheese sandwiches
10 loaves of bread, 5 pds each meat and 7 pds cheese
Are you pre-making these? Increase meat to 14 pounds, at least 12 pounds breads; mustard, mayo

Chips and salsa 3pds and 46 oz- double
Pretzels 40 oz, at least 3 pounds

Entrées’:
Chicken (25pds) and Sausage(15pds)
Gumbo 8gallon roux/10pds rice, Plenty, rice 6 pounds

potato salad 3 gallon-OK
Consider adding a tossed/ green salad per the plan for 100 table.
