I have 70 people attending a surprise 80th birthday party for my husband. I have 7 gallons of chili, smoked pulled pork ( I don't know how many lbs. a friend is doing it), a large veggie tray, a relish tray & a fruit tray, and of course a full sheet cake. Do I have enough food planned. |

2 gallons of slaw, 6 pounds sliced onions, 3 quarts pickle slices. What about a starchy side dish or salad, potato salad, pasta salad or some such, about 3 gallons? |
