I have all the for everything except MASHED Potatoes....
How many pounds of potatoes?

01/03/17 		Sam with 150 people you will have a few vegetarians- please add a green veg (40 pounds ready to cook) and have at least 1 pot of meatless beans.

Because you have the mac and cheese also, assuming 15 pounds dry pasta, 50 pounds of potatoes are sufficient.
