I am planning a Shrimp boil for our Community to kick off the spring at the lake. People will be coming at different times over a 4 hour period. What is the best way to do this so that the Shrimp is not overcooked for the long serving period? |

The safest, is, hold and served iced; boil away, then ice and keep iced. Easier to eat, too! |
