I have an upcoming event. Im making a beer bacon mac n cheese, there will be about 2,300 people. They need 4oz samples each. Plus 5 judges will recieve 8 oz each. About how much pasta will i need roughly. I use the cavatalli kind. |

2300 1/2 cup servings plus 5 cups= 1655 cups= 104 gallons Each pound dry pasta makes 1/2 gallon pasta, approximately, so 208 pound minimum- might do 230 If you win, make us a donation! |
