adapting recipies to suit large numbers

04/03/06 		I need advice on how to adapt recipies for larger numbers. If say i have a recipy for 4 how do I convert to 70 people?

04/04/06 		It also depends on what kind of recipe. The baking recipes can be increased up to 4, but disiaster looms beyond. For larger amounts, find a food service recipe the right size and type and adapt the flavorings.
