serving 150 people Ham balls and potato casserole. how much meat do I need to do 2 ham balls each. how many bags of hash browns? Can I make the ham balls and potato casserole in roaster pans? |

Assuming this is ground ham with fillers added, start with 1 pound boneless for 4 people-8 balls, then add the other items per your recipe, 2 nice balls each. Allow at least 1 pound potatoes per each 3 people. |
