Elizabeth, you don't say how many people, so I can't do amounts? Waffles are time-consuming and you are talking one iron per each 25-30 people. Crepes can be made ahead, and pancakes can be made more quickly and in larger numbers with a large enough griddle. However, do look at the recipes for the festive family brunch- the strata and recipes like baked French toast are MUCH easier to manage for brunches and other events. |
