For a fundraiser, our youth group will be selling Chocolate Covered Strawberries for VDay. We have sold about 200 dozen strawberries. How much chocolate do I need to purchase? Our supplier sells it in 30 lb buckets. Would one be enough? Any help would be great! |

Each 4 dozen large strawberries uses about 1 pound of dark dipping chocolate. If you do a white chocolate overstripe, add 1/3 to 1/2 pound white on top of the dark chocolate. |
