Hi ! I'm cooking for my mums 70th and I have no I've. Or stove space left to make a vegetable - does anyone have a recipe or idea of a side to go with my roasted pork tenderloin ? Many thanks for any ideas ! |

Use a 6 quart crock or two, about 8 pounds veg in either. Here are some ideas: www.southernliving.com/food/holidays-occasions/thanksgiving-slow-cooker-side-dish-recipes You could do a green veg and sweet potatoes of some kind, both would be delicious with the roast. We celebrated mom's 91 yesterday- hope yours has many more! |
