Corningware tea pot on ceramic stove top

02/27/17 		I recently got a corningware tea pot and wish to use on ceramic cook top. Do I place directly on eye or use metal ring of the past?

02/27/17 		Don't use the metal ring, and dont heat above medium. Same goes for other corning sauce pans.
