Would like a recipe for making thousand island dressing by the gallon, No boiled eggs added.

Traditional Thousand Island Dressing, 1 gallon
60 calories per ounce/ 2 tablespoons
Lowfat mayonnaise, 5 lb 6 oz OR 2 qt 3 cups
Catsup, 2 lb 1 oz OR 3 1/4 cups
Sweet pickle relish, undrained, 9 oz OR 1 cup
Dehydrated onions, 1/4 oz OR 2 Tbsp
Fresh large eggs, hard-cooked, finely chopped (optional), 8 each
Pimientos, chopped (optional), 4 oz OR 1/2 cup

1. Combine mayonnaise and catsup. Blend well.
2. Add pickle relish, onions, chopped eggs (optional), and pimientos (optional). Mix well.
3. Cover. Refrigerate until service. For best results, refrigerate over night to develop flavor.
