bean and cheese tostadas

We're serving bean and cheese tostadas to 150 men on a prison retreat this Friday (Lent). I can't figure out the quantities I need to buy of refried beans, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese or tomatoes. Your help would be appreciated!

These guys will be hungry

#10 can holds 12+ cups. Allow 2- 3 layer tostada per person, don't forget staff in count.

2 tablespoons each cheese and refried beans per layer of tortilla. So each #10 can of beans spreads 100 tortillas and 4 cups=1 pound=32 tortillas

These are much improved by a sprinkle of chopped lettuce and chopped tomato and allow 2-3 tablespoons of picante or salsa per serving.
