If you are having a main dish such as pulled pork or chicken with three sides like coleslaw, mac salad, potato salad. Realistically how many large trays of sides would be needed to feed 100 people. The say to figure 40 servings from a large tin but should I increase that count if having 3 sides? |

I prep 2 1/2 gallons of slaw per 100, 3 1/2 gallons potato plus 3 gallons pasta salad when served together. The standard steam table pan holds 2 gallons when completely full- most aren't. |
