Hi Ellen, I am going to be helping my friend out with her son's rehersal dinner. Will you please tell me if we have the right amount? It is for 40 guest. Spaghetti with meat sauce: 4 lbs spaghetti noodles, 10 lbs ground beef, 8 lbs spaghetti sauce. Chicken Alfredo: 4 lbs bow tie noodles,, 15 lbs chicken,, 8 lbs alfredo sauce Toss Salad:: 5 lbs salad mix 4lbs rolls 5 gallons sweet tea Thanks for your help! |

Needs some tweaking and at least one veg! Are u sure there are no vegetarians? If not, make a small dish of alfredo with no meat. With 5 pounds each pasta you may have some left. 1 quart sauce per pound. 4-5 pounds ground beef or small frozen meatballs, 4 whole chickens or 6 pounds boneless breast.
