I'm cooking rump roast for 40 people buffett and wanted to know if I could roast it the day before and reheat with same results and freshly cooked. |

You can cook the day before, low and slow, chill, slice and reheat in gravy. It will not be exactly the same as freshly cooked, it will be easier to portion, less shredding. Requires excellent gravy and a gentle oven reheat, which I allow an hour for. |
