I'm doing a cheese and cracker and pepperoni tray for my son's wedding of 250 people! What amounts should I buy for crackers, cheese and pepperoni? This is going to be a appetizer along with fruit and veggie trays. Thank You! Kim |

cheese, 10 pounds per 100, some can be logs/balls, spreads crackers/bread, 6-8 pounds per 100 pepperoni, 10 pounds per 100 This amount assumes the fruit and veggie trays, not stan alone- Prep ahead and get help day of. best wishes. |
