Wings (they say it serves up to 35 but they don't count they just fill up the tray)

Fresh Fruit and then sheet cake/smash cake
Can you tell me if another sub (smaller) should be added. Party starts at 1 PM.
For drinks there will be lemonade, water, wine, beer. How much beer and wine should we have on hand.
