Noie, this is way out of the range of a self catered meal. It might be possible if you had a 1 or 2 pm wedding with a tea dance or dessert type reception after, or a 7 pm wedding with champagne and cake after. Please read my article on self catering your wedding reception before you decide. Also, you will need at least 3-4 cooks and 30 servers to set up, serve and break down this party. Even with just a tea or champagne reception you are looking at $7-8000 for the food alone, never mind the decorations, cake, liquor, table and chair rental, etc. Wouldn't you rather make a downpayment on a house? |
