choc tapioca pudding?

04/08/06 		Im trying to make chocolate Tapioca pudding with pearl tapioca. the problem im getting is that I tend to get a very thick pudding because of over mixing the pudding to incororate the chocolate..any suggestions?

04/08/06 		Do not soak the tapioca for more than 4 hours, and mix the chocolate syrup, powder or flavor thoroughly in the milk before mixing the tapioca and the milk. You will have a good result.
