Hello! I'm struggling to get this figured out. Having a graduation party for about 75 people. Menu is hotdogs, hamburgers and BBQ, chips, pretzels, dips, veggie tray, fruit tray, macaroni salad and another salad of some sort, cake, oreo balls and rice krispy treats plus water, tea, lemonade, and punch. Not sure of how much I need to purchase. Thanks for your assistance.

Please consider skipping the burgers and doing just bbq and doing the hot dogs in a crockpot. There is a guide for condiments on the sandwich planning page.

15 pounds bbq, 75 rolls or 150 slider rolls
40 sausages or hot dogs- kielbasa are a lot tastier than hot dogs!, rolls

chips, pretzels, dips, 2 pounds pretzels, 4-5 pounds chips, 1 pint dip per pound

veggie tray, 2-3 times the tray for 25, depending on whether you also have a green salad

fruit tray, use fruit tray page, 1/2 the deluxe tray for 100

macaroni salad, 5 pounds dry pasta

another salad of some sort, 3/4 the amount for 100 from the plan for 100 page

cake, full sheet cuts 60
oreo balls, small, about 100
rice krispy treats, cut small, about 48

water, pint per person
tea, 2 gallons sweet, 1 unsweet

lemonade, punch
total 4 gallons, you divide

Hope this helps. If it saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation to support the site. Thank you.
