Hello, How many extra large aluminum pans (the kind you purchase from Sam's Club) of lasagna and chicken tetrazzini should I prepare for 175 people? |

You need about 1 quart for each 3 people. I think those pans hold 3-4 quarts, plenty for 10. If you are serving both, it is quite difficult to do the split; I might do 10 of each |
