I have been looking everywhere for a simple baked chicken recipe that turns out like chicken and gravy. I am serving 130 people and a chicken and gravy/sauce was requested to go with mashed potatoes. Thanks! |

You have to make the gravy separately. In the holiday cooking section you will see how to make gallons of gravy. Roast the chickens, or use turkey, and use the drippings and real chcken broth to make the gravy. The roast chicken melee on this site cooks 6 at a time. For each person, 1/2 cup meat (4 ounces raw skinless boneless) and 1/3 to 1/2 cup gravy. |
