HI Ellen,

I am having a graduation party for 150 people
I will have chips and wraps for when they first arrive.

The meal will consist of

Chicken fingers
pulled pork
penne ala vodka
chicken francaise
sausage and peppers
eggplant parm
meatballs
How much of each should I make?

Thanks
Christine

Chrstne, if you are doing this at home or any home kitchen, this is way too many entrees and too much oven food. What is your kitchen situation, and are you willing to revamp the menu? Write back.

Thank You Ellen,
I decided not going to get the chicken fingers but instead get a hot dog cart for the kids.
I am going to get some entrees made at my friends and brought over. I have 4 neighbors that I can use their houses for the refrigerator and oven. Plus I have 2 huge commercial ovens at the firehouse. The pulled pork I will make and keep in a few crock pots.

Hi Ellen,
This is what I was thinking of serving:

Appetizers
150 wraps , wings, mozzarella sticks and chips

Dinner
penne ala vodka - 5 1/2 trays
Chicken Fanchese - 2 large trays or 4 1/2 trays
sausage and peppers - 4 1/2 trays
eggplant parm - 4 1/2 trays
meat balls - 200 = 20lbs ground beef
Hot dogs 100 boiled in a hot dog cart

Is this enough?
Thank You
Christine

This looks doable, I would do 300 meatballs and definitely add a green salad per the plan for 100 list; and maybe fruit with the appetizers. You really don't need both the sausage and the hot dogs- either would do.

You can write back. If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation to support the site. Thanks.
