I am planning on serving deli roast beef and gravy for a wedding reception. My question : How thick should the meat be cut so it doesn't over-cook or dry out? |

If this is self serve, you will use 1 pound per 3 people. 1 cup gravy per 3-4 people. The cooked, sliced meat will dry out unless it is held in gravy or broth; about 1/4-1/3 inch slice. |
