My main dessert for my wedding is strawberry shortcake! I will also have brownies and lemon bars but I was wondering how many shortcake cups should I get for 120 people? And how many frozen pints of strawberries and cans of whipped cream should I get? Please and thank you! |

Kelly, each pint of frozen strawberries serves 4. The real whip cream products, allow 1 ounce per person for festive party desserts, and consder getting the extra creamy. Consider having a local bakery make you shortcake cups or rich pound cake, the foam package things are not great. Do have 120- you may not use them all, but it would be gross to run out, and you can freeze them- Have a lovely day. |
