Hi, Jo, welcome back. kahula pork, 50 pounds pork
salt potatoes, 30-35 pounds ?pasta salad-If it were my party, I would do either fruit trays (so good w pork) or an Hawaiian style slaw (2 1/2 gallons) or green salad per the plan for 100 page baked BBQ beans, 3 gallons, or 4 #10 cans. Consider one or more dishes meatless jello salad, 17 small packages jello plus add ins |

Hi Ellen Once again thanks for your help, I like the idea of slaw, do you have a good recipe? You have been a lifesaver to me, really do appreciate it |

Hawaiian slaw’s got the traditional ingredients of cabbage and carrots, with fresh pineapple chunks, black sesame seeds, and a ginger-soy lime vinaigrette. Hawaiian Slaw
8 pounds (4 heads) green cabbage, finely shredded Vinaigrette
3 cups Rice Wine Vinegar Put this in a half gallon jar and shake till the honey dissolves-or blenderize the honey and vinegar and proceed with mixing. |

Of course you can sub any of the new power slaws, broccoli slaws etc for part of the cabbage- just go by weight. |
