Our church is having a fish fry for 160 I figured I need 40 pounds of potato salad It is sold here in 1.25 liter tubs. How many of these do I have to buy? |

1 of those tubs will serve only 8-10, depending on slaw, etc. and whether it is plated or self serve. For 160, I would expect 50-60 pounds at least.16-20 tubs. Consider making macaroni/pasta salad instead- easy, can be done day before, and way cheaper. Several recipes on this site. www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/plan/slaws100.html |
