A standard 9x13 pan cuts 12 servings, you are looking at acres and acres of peach crisp. If you make it in a standard rimmed 10x15 pan, you can get 15=16 servings per pan, you are still looking at many many sheets. What is your event, facility and oven situation? A 10-15 pan uses about 3 pounds of fresh or frozen peach slices, so 1 pound serves about 5. Write back. |

For each 3 pounds of peaches: topping
1 cup all-purpose flour filling
3 pounds peaches Plus butter and sugar to coat the pan before flling. |
