Hi, I'm catering for 300 people and we are barbecueing hotdogs and hamburgers. I've ordered 240 Hotdogs and 240 hamburgers and the rule is they can have two hotdogs or 1 of each but not two hamburgers. Is this enough or should I buy 1 more case (80 count) hotdogs and 1 more case (40 count) hamburgers? |

You don't say what age or type of group this is, and that matters. As a first plan, I usually suggest 1 of each for the whole group, which can allow for that second hamburger; so suggest you are OK for hot dogs but might do that extra case of hamburgers. Of course, it depends somewhat on whether you are going wth chips or full picnic sides. |
